Nothing is being asked for because no password is configured on this machine: the admin area is open to anyone who can reach this address. That is fine while the app runs on your own computer.
Before putting this on a public address, set CUP_ADMIN_PASSWORD (and
CUP_REQUIRE_LOGIN=1) and restart — the step-by-step is in
